Yes we are covered by a £10,000,000 PLI and ELI from a company that specialises in the entertainment industry.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO SUPPLY YOU WITH?
Please provide as much as possible to give you the best possible quote and service.
Name and contact details, date, times, venue, type of event, size of audience, restrictions, budget, etc. But feel free to contact us at any point with your questions or to discuss an event. Please be aware that we only supply to legal events.
AGE RESTRICTIONS WHEN HIRING?
You must be 18+ when hiring equipment or placing a booking with us.
If you are under 18 we require a parent or adult to complete the booking.
HOW DO I PLACE A BOOKING?
We are able to take bookings via all the usual ways; phone, email, contact form. To discuss your exact requirements please contact us and we will be happy to help.

No booking is confirmed until payment has been completed or agreement arranged.
IS THERE A DAILY/WEEKLY RATE ON EQUIPMENT HIRE?
All prices are quoted at day rate, weekly hire is 3x day rate. All VAT is exclusive on listed website prices.
Free delivery maybe provided locally within reason, further travel is charged at cost.
WHAT IS YOUR DRY HIRE POLICY?
All large system packages must be supplied with one of our engineers to ensure correct setup and operation of the equipment.
Certain small packages and items are available as dry hire. We require two forms of valid identification with correct addresses (passport, driving licence, utility bill, etc.) and full hire payment up front, a deposit may also be required. All items must be returned within the dates/times provided and are not considered returned until checked and inspected by Leap Audio staff. The hirer is solely responsible for any equipment throughout the hire period. Any damage or loss of items will be charged at full cost plus expenses. All terms and conditions apply.
Leap Audio LTD reserves the right to hire to anyone at our own discretion.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that cancellations can happen due to various reasons. Any cancelled bookings within 14 days of the event will result in the loss of deposit (50% cost) with the remainder refunded, outside of this period we guarantee full refund of deposit.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
To secure booking we require total hire fee up front, payment to be completed prior to the event date.
We accept the following methods of payment: BACS, Cash and Paypal.
